=KANSAS ROCKS US=
without Robbie no Kansas
@Ltlegendary I get that and understand. For younger Kansas fans like myself, Ragsdale is an immense improvement. I saw Steinhardt with the band in the 2000’s and it’s not even close….
@Silky4ever Vocals? Yes. Violin? Ragsdale owns……
robby the violinist quit? he was awesome in this.
i dont know anything about this but they’re playing near me next month and i think i might go cuz i pretty much love classic rock
your right, but they threw it away!
It’s sad that Robby left the band again, not only his violin, but his vocals will be missed…
he was….i heard that him and hope didn’t reform with the rest of the group and kept with their christian rock band….
sith: I thought Livgren is in this line-up. What’s missing is Walsh doing gymnastics moves up and down the front of the stage. He’s in his 50’s and I’m sure he’s been advised against all that…
It’s just not the same without hope and livgren
Thank you for the post. Steve Walsh sang so good on this dvd.
Ragsdale is very talented but, ” there’s know” other violinist like Robbie Steinhardt!! he was unique and dearly missed. I’m happy ot have seen him with the band.
I read that in a magazine somewhere. Thats cool he was that close to you
Great!
Thanks for this footage ! – KS Rocks US !
Kansas opened with Magnum Opus at a show I went to in D.C. for the Power tour. Steve wasn’t on stage- when it can time to sing “Howlin’ at the moon, Steve appeared- standing on the seat back of the chair my sister was sitting on! After singing
the verse, he jumped down and climbled up on stage.
I heard this outstanding song once and could never find it again until now, good to finaly know who did it.
Amazing violining!!
Oh crap!!!
Kerry is in the hospital after suffering a stroke. He is in serious condition. Google “Kerry livgren has a stroke”.
I personally preferred Kansas when Kerry Livgren was in the Band… back in the 70’s… They still rock though… this song is not one of my favorites..
I always found it interesting that Morse is now in Deep Purple, Jon Lord I’m sure appreciates the classical side to Kansas.
I saw them few years back in St Petersburg,Fla. They were amazing then and they look fantastic here, cannot wait for this DVD, Kansas RULES.
I love this song!
Kerry Livgren, where are you?
Blessings forever…Andy
